The Ten Commandments of Living the Moment

Paul Arnott believes that most western people either live anxiously in the future, busily in the present, or regretfully in the past. 'Live the Moment' provides the strategies we need to live each day to the full rather than taking life for granted and squandering time with anxieties and regrets. For Paul, this desire to "live the moment" came after the death of his son to SIDS.

Using a variety of personal stories and anecdotes from friends and colleagues, Paul has developed Ten Commandments for living the moment. They range from focusing on each moment of each day to facing mortality.
